Penn State Athletics unveiled a multi-million dollar master plan that involves renovating Beaver Stadium, a new Natatorium, and decades of construction. However, are the right people quarterbacking this project? George Stockburger reports.

Previously, he interned for Scout Media, Inc. during the summer of 2016 in Seattle, Washington, where he wrote columns, produced videos, and covered The Opening Football camp at the Nike World Headquarters.
