“Informal Housing” in Puerto Rico Has Worsened After Hurricane Maria

After almost two years after Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico, some residents in the town of Canóvanas are still struggling with housing reconstruction, running water and electricity. Caroline Pimentel reports.
