Austin Groves is the owner of Evolution Tattoo in downtown State College, Pa. He has been in the tattoo business for 15 years and owned Evolution for seven years.

He did his apprenticeship and worked for Paragon Tattoos in Duncansville, Pa. prior to owning Evolution. He has around 25 tattoos, only one of which he has done himself.

His first tattoo was when he was 18 years old and is a bull head design. Some tattoo artists he takes inspiration from are Jeff Gogue, Emily Rose Murray, and Pari Corbitt. When he is not working at Evolution Groves enjoys riding his motorcycle, painting watercolor, and spending time with his three pit bulls.
