Getting Inked at King Cobra Tattoo Parlor

Dexter, a Penn State student, gets tattoos of two doves, one on each shoulder at King Cobra Tattoo on Beaver Avenue in downtown State College. The artist Timmy “Tatts” Domino, who has about two decades of experience in tattoo artistry, did both in less than two hours. Dexter has other tattoos, many of them religious, over his arms, torso and back.
