UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa -- For any students looking for a fun way to unwind after a stressful day of classes and studying, check out the brand new “Get Air” trampoline park right here in State College!

This indoor park has it all, including numerous trampolines, basketball and dodgeball games, foam pits and obstacle courses. This past Thursday, “Get Air” held their grand opening where a line of people from all ages gathered to start the fun.

The general manager of the park, Steven Barako, has anticipated the place to open for quite some time now.

“We’re just giving something to the community that they don’t have, they don’t have anything like this,” Barako said. “So, we’re giving them an opportunity to have healthy, family fun. It’s good for all ages and a good time for all.”

“Get Air” also consists of four party rooms that anyone can reserve for birthday parties, fundraisers or just a group of people looking to have a good time.

Not only children and families, but college students also saw this park unwind. Senior at Penn State, Lauren Gerset, came out to the grand opening with her boyfriend.

“I chose to come here today to celebrate a birthday and it’s a fun way to relieve stress, so I figured it’d be something fun to do after class,” Gerset said.

The trampoline park is located at 2252 East College Ave. and is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. With finals just around the corner at Penn State, “Get Air” might be just the place students are looking for.
