Glenn Sterner has a Ph.D in rural sociology. He not only practices CrossFit recreationally to stay in shape and work on his gymnastic skills, but also competes in CrossFit competitions. He currently works as a research associate and lives in State College. Sterner has a gymnastic background that has been improved through the various techniques learned and acquired through CrossFit.
