Brittany Corl
Senior / Broadcast Journalism
Brittany Corl is a senior at the Pennsylvania State University, graduating in December 2012. She is majoring in broadcast journalism and minoring in sociology. Brittany has interned with Fox News Channel since May 2011, including representing Penn State for Fox News Channel University. She helped cover the Jerry Sandusky child-sex abuse scandal for both the Centre County Report and Fox News Channel throughout the scandal. Brittany loves producing news and hopes to one day produce for a national news company.

Erin Ryan
Junior / Film
Erin is a junior intending to major in Film, but with a soft spot for Broadcast Journalism. Her love of videography and multimedia compel her to exercise these skill sets in as many areas as possible. She hopes to work behind the scenes in either a newsroom setting or perhaps concentrate her work into the field of Cinematography in collaboration with a major motion picture studio.

Marco Ranzi is a senior majoring in broadcast journalism. Born in Manhattan, NY, Marco new resides a half hour outside the city in Ramsey, New Jersey. Growing up in the tri-state area Marco developed a passion for New York sports at a young age that translated into his interest in sports broadcasting. Currently Marco is involved with the Centre County Report, ComRadio, PSN-TV and is a TV broadcaster for the Big Ten Student U. Follow Marco @MRanzi on twitter.
Jeremy Kahn
Senior / Broadcast Journalism, Political Science and Business (Minors)
I am a Broadcast Journalism major at Penn State University due to graduate in May 2013. In addition to my major I am also working toward a double minor in Political Science and Business.
I currently report, anchor, and produce for the Centre County Report as part of the College of Communications at Penn State University. I am the executive producer for the Spring of 2013.
I have worked in both radio and television at the collegiate and professional levels.I have had the opportunity to intern with WABC-TV, CBS Radio and CBS News in New York City working as part of Eyewitness News, The Early Show on CBS and Chat About It for CBSNewYork.com. During the Penn State Sandusky scandal I assisted producers from ABC News and WABC onsite in Bellefonte. I have also been a a high school football reporter for WQWK 1450 ESPN State College and a videographer at the local government channel CNET.
I have been a part of the Big Ten Network’s Student U broadcasting program for soccer, volleyball, and softball. For the past two years I have been calling Penn State softball games for 1390 WRSC-AM.
In my time at Penn State’s student radio station ComRadio, I have had the privilege of doing play-by-play for multiple Penn State sports including football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, hockey and men’s and women’s soccer. Furthermore, I have experience producing multiple sports for ComRadio. In addition to sports, I am also heavily involved in the news department where I produce weekly as well as anchor and report.
My goal is to work as a television anchor or reporter for a major television news organization.
Eric Feinstein
Senior / Broadcast Journalism
I am a senior Broadcast Journalism major at Penn State University planning to graduate in May 2013. I am pursuing a career as a television producer in sports or news. I have interned with Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic in Bethesda, Maryland and the sports department at NBC 4 WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. In my senior year at Penn State, I was a producer and reporter for the Centre County Report, a weekly student newscast aired to 29 counties in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, I was a reporter, videographer, and anchor at PSN-TV, a student-run television station. In addition, I produced Penn State Sports Night, a bi-weekly sports talk show. Cat Janisko
Senior / Broadcast Journalism
Cat is currently in her senior year at Penn State with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Political Science. She is also a member of Penn State’s A Capella group, “Shades of Blue.”
In the Summer of 2012, Cat had the opportunity to intern with KDKA-TV News in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There, she worked for KDKA’s morning news program, “Pittsburgh Today Live.” She has recently made numerous live appearances on CNN HLN (“Dr. Drew), TruTV’s In Session, and CNN News Now to speak on behalf of Penn State University about the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal (November 2011-July 2012).
Her career goal is to become a news reporter/anchor at the national level.
Michael Page
Senior / Meteorology
Growing up along the water’s edge just south of Boston, Michael has long been fascinated by the weather, particularly the Nor’Easters that regularly batter the New England coast. Michael began documenting daily weather observations in middle school, and by high school had developed his own weather website with forecasts for his hometown.
Since coming to Penn State, Michael has become active in the Department of Meteorology. He served as the Head of Communications for the Campus Weather Service, and was the treasurer of the local branch of the American Meteorology Society for two years. Michael currently serves as a student representative on the National Weather Association’s Membership & Marketing committee.
Graduating in December 2012, Michael hopes to become a professional broadcast meteorologist. He interned for two years at WCVB-TV in Boston, and regularly provides forecasts for Central Pennsylvania on both C-Net and the Centre County Report which airs on WPSU-TV.
