As oil prices continue to drop, so does the cost of manufacturing virgin plastic. That hurts recycling facilities, such as the Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority. Reporter Shannon Ryan has the story.

She also works for Penn State Athletics, in production and as a reporter. She has also freelanced for CBS This Morning.  This summer she will be the daytime news intern for FOX29 Philadelphia.
