Jon Gross is a senior from Upper Saddle River, New Jersey double-majoring in broadcast journalism and International Politics. Gross currently serves as a Sports Director for Penn State’s CommRadio, where he has also broadcasted for ten Penn State sports teams. During the summer of 2018, Gross was the Director of Broadcasting for the Saugerties Stallions of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. He was also the radio play-by-play voice of the Penn State Women’s Volleyball team for the 2017 season. Gross has interned in the sports departments of WCBS-TV (New York) and WTAJ-TV (Altoona-Johnstown-State College).

Briana Wright is a broadcast journalism major and sociology minor from a small town outside of Philadelphia, PA. Since her freshman year at Penn State, Briana has been involved with CommRadio, The Lion 90.7 FM and a student-created/ran online talk show called ‘Shades of State.’ Outside of Penn State, Briana has interned with WURD AM/FM radio station, WHUR-FM Howard University Radio Network, and The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 FM. She looks to pursue a career television/radio entertainment news.

Cameron is a twenty nine year old Telecommunications Major from Baltimore County. Cameron is an eleven year veteran of the United States Air Force, with his specialty focused in Military Police & Security duties better known as “Security Forces”. In 2014 Cameron transitioned to the Maryland Air National Guard and began his journey at Pennsylvania State University. While at Penn State Cameron discovered his love for Television Studio Production and enjoys the experience he gains working in the Centre County Report.

Anthony is a senior majoring in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Korean. The New Jersey native has served as a writer for Panorama, an up-and-coming publication at Penn State, and is a member of Centre County Report. During the summer of 2018, Anthony interned at CBS New York as a Weekend Newsroom Intern, where he got an opportunity to anchor the summer intern newscast. Upon graduating Penn State, he hopes to work in local news as a writer or producer.

Tiana Brown is a twenty-year-old Penn State student from a small town called Willingboro, NJ. After realizing that pursuing a career path in medicine was not what she wanted to do, she quickly discovered that television production was her calling. She has gained experience as a production intern for Penn State Athletics, WPSU Sports, C-Net, and FOX 29 in Philadelphia. Tiana is also the director of her own talk show called Shades of State, as well as the videographer for two organizations, L.O.C.K.S. and Ambitions Dance Company.

Alex is a Broadcast Journalism major and a Political Science minor from West Chester, PA. Alex was an active member in Penn State’s College of Communications Student Council for over two years. During Spring 2018, Alex worked as a crew member for PSNTV. She is currently enrolled in Centre County Report. Alex has job shadowed for both QVC and Comcast.

Besides from journalism, Alex also has interests in event planning. Alex earned her wedding planning certificate in June 2017. She is currently working on coordinating her first wedding for this Fall.

Alex was on the executive board for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, as philanthropy chairman from January 2017 to December 2017.
