Tuesday kicked off with football five-a-side at the Olympic Tennis Centre — a soccer game in which all of the players wear blindfolds except for the goalies. Nearby at the central Olympic complex, swimming and wheelchair basketball were also being hotly contested. Across town at the Olympic Stadium, Tatyana McFadden was pursuing her quest to medal in seven wheelchair racing events.
