Problems in the Panamanian School System
Since its creation in 1914, the Panama Canal has fueled the economy in this Central American country. But, the good economy hasn't translated into jobs for many Panamanians. That is partly because they don't have the education that would qualify them to be skilled laborers. Reporter Dara Cooper has more.
