Courtney Beilhart has been drawing for as long as she can remember.

Whether it be with markers, crayons, colored pencils or acrylic paint, Beilhart said she loves the feeling of creating something from nothing.

A communication sciences and disorders major, Beilhart spends her free time perfecting her passion of drawing. She does commissions, sells her art online, and is also looking to expand her talents on the internet in the form of YouTube videos.

With each piece she produces, Beilhart said her confidence in art has grown. Initially coming to Penn State, she said she did not take art as seriously as she does now.

And, though not an art major, Beilhart practices as though she is one.

Tina Locurto is a self-motivated senior studying digital and print journalism at Penn State, University Park. She has a double minor in English and history and an expected graduation date of May 2019. Tina rarely stops moving, keeping her days busy with projects, articles and communications work.
