Superheroes for Kids
Bryan Bonds is the president of the Alliance of Heroic Hearts at Penn State. The club is a non-profit organization which focuses on hosting superhero-based activities for children in order to educate and inspire kids everywhere. Bonds and the club was at the Nittany Mall to help celebrate Halloween and bring some joy to kids on Trick-or-Treat Night. Bonds believes that these events help encourage kids to be kind to one another and teaches them that you don’t need superpowers to act like a superhero.

Senior / Digital and Print Journalism
After graduating, I want to have a successful career in some type of sports communication. I know my major is digital and print journalism, but I believe graduating with a communications degree will open more doors for me than strictly being a writer. On campus, I’ve had stints with both Comm Radio and the Daily Collegian, while also interning for the Pottstown Mercury (my local newspaper) this summer. My dream job is to work for some type of Philadelphia sports team, preferably in their communications or digital media department.
