Brotherly Love
Elias Khouri, a junior at Penn State University, began an interest in music when he was still living in Syria, but when him and his brothers moved to the United States, his passion for DJing really took off. He watched his brother playing in the US and learned from practicing himself.
When they moved to the United States, Khouri used to sneak into his brother's room and practice using his brother's equipment. Finally after many months of begging his brother, his brother finally gave him the chance and permission to DJ on his own.
After many practice sessions, Khouri Dj's at several different nightclubs throughout the week in the Lehigh Valley. He says his favorite venue so far is Revel Social Lounge where he plays almost every Thursday.
