At 5 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, Mike Morse will start his 61-mile walk from Williamsburg, PA to Woodward, PA.  Morse's final stop will be at Camp Woodward, an extreme sports camp, which is owned by the Ream family.  Morse is walking in memory of Brandon Ream, who died in 2013 from an aggressive form of bone marrow cancer called Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma.

To prepare for the trek, Morse has been walking with his three fitness walking classes. During his lunch breaks he walks with his brother and after dinner he takes his two border collies out to play.  He says he averages about 10 to 15 miles a day and will be walking more each week so his body can adjust.
