The Groove Room 2017

Balancing school and extracurriculars isn’t easy. Imaging balancing that on top of practicing guitar, as well as putting on a 15-hour music creation marathon.

Andrew Abraham, senior marketing major, is a Co-Founder of The Groove Room. During this event, musicians get together and meet fellow local musicians, write songs, participate in workshops, record songs, and come out at the end of the 15 hours with a few co-written and recorded songs.

This semester’s Groove Room was hosted on Saturday, October 14 in the Oak Building on campus.
