What started as a hobby in school has now turned into a career. Louis Paul, a balloon artist better known as the Balloon Man on Campus, spent his Saturday night in the HUB-Robeson Center for the “Get a Free Balloon” event hosted by the Student Programming Association. He spent the night making various balloon characters for students as they passed through the event.
