Ashley Henning is a dental hygienist. She says she loves the career path that she has chosen because of the flexible hours. She says that it is a great job. But her true passion is cross fit.
Henning grew up being active. She was a competitive All-American swimmer throughout high school and also participated in track and field as a sprinter and pole vaulter.
After High School she made her rounds working out in conventional gyms but was bored.
Whining found CrossFit Nittany in February 2012, and shortly after became an institutor.
Ashley excels at Olympic lifting and in 2004 competed in the USA weightlifting American Open in Washington D.C.
