Penn State junior uses a guitar to strum the stress away

Eddie Nolan is a a junior biology major at Penn State University whose main focus is going to graduate school.  He also volunteers at Mount Nittany Medical Center in his free time.

One day as a freshman in high school Nolan decided to start playing guitar as a way to escape from stress, and also as a hobby to work on while he had the time.  He started to hone in on his talent a few years later recording cover songs in a studio near his home.  Although he said he wouldn't mind working gigs in the future to play for others, he hasn't forgotten his roots and still plays as a way to escape for a while, whether it is five minutes or five hours, he said he just enjoys the release it provides.
