Alissa Bradley is a senior majoring in psychology at Penn State. Residing in Queens, New York she started painting when she was 19. She discovered her love for the arts when she showcased a painting at a gallery and received positive feedback. Inspired by the likes of Jacob Lawrence and Kara Walker, Alissa paints for hours in her spare time. Although she does not consider herself a good painter, she continues to perfect her craft, creates work that not only inspires others, but herself.
When Alisa paints she feels happy, and at peace. She uses her artwork to express her feelings, and inspire others to be themselves. Alissa is dedicated to her work and one day hopes to be a psychologist.
