Miranda Williams is a State College resident who works at Ikonic Ink Tattoo and Piercing Studio. She is a professional body piercer that deals with any part of the body. Williams has alot of knowledge on caring for all piercings. Ikonic Ink is located downtown by Panera Bread. Recently, Ikonic Ink remodeled there studio and is open for business.
