Ask most residents of Pennsylvania what the third largest populated municipality is on many fall weekends and few would think of State College. But, this town population of 43,447, home to Penn State, swells to a population of over 100,000 people, as football fans come to watch Penn State play in Beaver Stadium. This influx of people fills hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and stores, and as a result, has a significant economic impact on the Centre County Region.
