DJ Battles for Health and Career
DJ Skiddy entered the music scene in 1998. In a typical year, Skiddy performs at various venues 300 out of the 365 days of the year. Skiddy performs at clubs, karaoke bars, and wedding receptions. Skiddy started from scratch and worked his way up to a popular DJ in Western Pennsylvania.
Skiddy's way of life took a hit recently. Three years ago, Skiddy fell ill and his kidney failed. He has been going through Dialysis at DaVita in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. Skiddy will need a Kidney Transplant in order to avoid death. On Monday, Oct. 20, Skiddy was added to a list of donors.
