Sarah Brojack

Senior / Broadcast Journalism

My name is Sarah Brojack and I am a Broadcast Journalist with experience in reporting, producing, editing, and photography. I am a Senior at Penn State and will be graduating this Spring in May 2014. I am skilled with a variety of editing softwares including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. I am studying a minor in Information Sciences and Technology (IST), which helps me to stay up-to-date on some of the latest technology. I interned at WNEP-TV, a local television station in Scranton, Pennsylvania. At WNEP, I assisted reporters on stories and worked with producers to learn about what it takes to put the newscast together. I am a part of the Centre County Report here at Penn State, which has also provided me with real-world experience of working in a newsroom. My career goals are to work as a reporter, producer, editor, or photographer in either the television or radio fields. I am hardworking and always willing to learn about new technology. I hope to use what I’ve learned from my internship and the Centre County Report as I pursue my career goals.
