Mandy Bell is a senior from Chambersburg, PA, majoring in broadcast journalism and minoring in English. She has served as a digital media intern with Little League International and an associate reporter for MLB.com based in Baltimore. While in CommRadio, Mandy has done play-by-play announcing for Penn State baseball, softball and basketball teams; written for baseball, basketball and football; and has produced for multiple sporting events, including the 2017 Rose Bowl. John Petrolias is a member of the John Curley Center for Sports Journalism, and is a play-by-play broadcaster and producer for men’s hockey content, as well as the host/founder of Pittsburgh Sound—Happy Valley’s only Pittsburgh sports talk show. Petrolias has previously covered the men’s hockey team for The Daily Collegian, covers Penn State football for PennLive.com and has interned at the Pittsburgh Penguins, Penn State Athletics/BTN Live Student U production, as well as the Allegheny Intermediate Unit’s PR department in Pittsburgh. John aspires to be an on-air journalist or play-by-play broadcaster for a news/sports outlet and plans to go to law school to become a media and First Amendment attorney.

David Arroyo currently serves as one of two General Managers for CommRadio. David is a former arts & entertainment director, social media director and editor for the station. He has produced for multiple Penn State sports while in CommRadio, has done play by play for Penn State sporting events such as football, basketball and volleyball and co-hosted and produced his own talk show. During the fall of 2017, David was an anchor, producer and reporter for the Centre County Report. David most recently interned at WPVI-TV, 6abc in Philadelphia during the summer of 2018. While at 6abc he was a programing intern and helped in the production of their weekly show “FYI Philly.” David has interned at B94.5 (State College) and Center City Film and Video (Philadelphia). Taylor works as an Executive Producer for the Centre County Report, Penn State’s College Emmy Award-winning broadcast news show. She has interned at WPVI-TV 6abc and 95.7 BEN-FM in Philadelphia and Young Hollywood in Los Angeles. She is also a producer for Wednesday night’s COMMradio newscast and a field reporter for PSNtv’s News. Taylor aspires to work as a TV journalist at a news station upon graduation.
