An Inside Look at Poll Watchers

Poll watchers have been making sure that votes aren’t corrupted at elections and have been around for a long time. As a dedicated woman who has been volunteering for Hillary Clinton throughout her campaign, Penn State lecturer Pamela Monk says that being a poll watcher is an important part of the voting process.
