Alyssa Cichy is a senior broadcast journalism major and deaf & hearing studies minor from Asbury Park, NJ.  She is a member of PAC’s Communications Team and 46 Live. She is currently a news anchor for Centre County Report and a video production intern for Penn State Athletics. She spent the summer in NY working for the truTV’s hit show Impractical Jokers. Last summer. she interned with Liz Lewis Casting Agency and On Broadway. She looks forward to gaining more hands-on experience and hopes to pursue a career in the entertainment news industry. ​

Jordan is from Pittsburgh, PA. She is a broadcast journalism major, and loves the hands on experience she gets from the Centre County Report and CommRadio. Jordan is an anchor and reporter for the Centre County Report and she is also the News Director for CommRadio. Jordan joined CommRadio as a freshman and has worked as a news anchor, reporter and producer. Last year, Jordan traveled to Washington D.C. to report the 2016 Presidential Election for CommRadio. Aside from being on the news team, Jordan is also the host of the talk show, State It. Jordan has hopes of one day reporting the news on television, with a focus in entertainment. Her dream job is to be a host on E! News.

Ryan Berti is a sophomore from Erie, Pa., majoring in broadcast journalism. Ryan is heavily involved in ComRadio and serves as a play-by-play voice, production assistant, beat writer and talk show host. He has also served as a producer for Penn State women’s soccer and for State High softball. Ryan aspires to one day become a producer, beat writer or reporter for a national network in the field of sports media. Mike D’Avella is a senior from West Chester, Pa., majoring in broadcast journalism with a minor in business. He is a sports director, producer, play-by-play voice, talk show personality and beat writer on the sports side of CommRadio. Mike is also a member of the John Curley Center for Sports Journalism. He has completed internships with the Philadelphia Phillies in the summers of 2014 and 2015, MLB.com Advanced Media in the spring of 2016, the State College Spikes Minor League baseball production department in the summer of 2016 and Interscope Records in Santa Monica, California. He is also the drummer in a State College based Alternative Rock band called “The New Feel” who has performed at venues such as the Bryce Jordan Center. Mike plans to pursue a career in sports media or the entertainment industry in the hopes of becoming a producer or radio personality for a sports or music station.
